Senior Contracts Specialist

About the Role

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our PDP Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the value of our operations contract portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic contracts to maximise value and minimise risk.
  2. Ensure compliance with governing Supply Chain Management processes, including Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.
  3. Drive contract management from award to close-out, focusing on minimising value leakage and promoting safety.
  4. Proactively manage stakeholder relationships both internally and with suppliers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. Significant experience in creating and managing strategic contracts in the UK, with a focus on Maintenance and Modifications, Specialist Engineering, and Production Chemicals.
  3. Strong awareness of the UK Supplier market and understanding of establishing and promoting Local Content.
  4. Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
