Senior Contract Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our PDP Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering the value of our operations contract portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
  2. Ensure compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes, focusing on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.
  3. Drive contract management from award to close-out, minimizing value leakage and promoting safety.
  4. Proactively manage stakeholders, both internally and with suppliers.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. Significant experience in creating and managing strategic contracts in the UK, with a focus on Maintenance and Modifications, Specialist Engineering, and Production Chemicals.
  3. Strong awareness of the UK Supplier market and understanding of establishing and promoting Local Content.
  4. Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Skilled in developing and utilizing a network of internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Strategic and Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
