Deputy Manager (Nurse / RGN / RMN) Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in running our care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning staff rotas, recruiting new team members, and managing their training. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our residents' clinical needs are properly assessed and met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality care
  • Recruit and train new team members to meet the needs of our residents
  • Monitor staff performance and address any issues as needed
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans

About the Care Home:

Our care home is registered for up to 60 service users and provides a range of care services, including dementia, older person care, physical disability, respite care, and sensory impairment. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to work towards Level 4 or 5 qualifications
  • Experience in a senior or team leader nursing role in elderly care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to promoting and developing high standards of care
