We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at The Orders of St John Care Trust. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the management of the Home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the Home, including rota planning, employee recruitment, and training.
- Monitor and manage individual employee performance to ensure standards are upheld.
- Assess and meet the clinical needs of our residents, working closely with the Home Manager and other members of the care team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy levels, care standards, and team performance.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards Level 4 or 5.
- Experience in a senior or team leader nursing role within elderly care, with an active NMC PIN.
- Previous management experience in a multi-disciplinary care setting, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work as a proactive team member.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
