Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Larkrise Care Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the management of the home, including rota planning, employee recruitment and induction, and monitoring and managing individual employee performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the clinical needs of our residents are recognised, assessed and met where possible.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in care management, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and who is committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 4 or 5. You will also need to have experience in a senior or team leader nursing role within elderly care, with an active NMC PIN.
You will have previous management experience in a multi-disciplinary care setting, with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and work as a proactive team member. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
