Nursing Home Deputy Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge with a caring and quality focused provider. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
The role is based in a fantastic nursing home near the Banbury area, providing care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have an active NMC pin and have previous experience in the nursing care home and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead is desirable but my client will consider a strong Unit Manager seeking a step up. Applicants such as a Clinical Manager from a NHS or a Community background welcome but must have some care home exposure. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for elderly care and be able to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
Compass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultant for this permanent vacancy. We offer a great incentive for recommendations - we offer £200 of John Lewis Vouchers for each successful candidate recommended by you.
