Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in running our care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning staff rotas, recruiting new team members, and managing their training. They will also ensure our residents' clinical needs are properly assessed and met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality care.
  • Recruit and train new team members to meet the needs of the care home.
  • Monitor staff performance to maintain high standards and address any issues as needed.
  • Ensure our residents' clinical needs are properly assessed and met.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 4 or 5 qualifications.
  • Experience in a senior or team leader nursing role in elderly care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to promoting and developing high standards of care.

About the Care Home:

  • Registered for up to 60 service users.
  • Provides care for individuals with dementia, older person care, physical disability, respite care, and sensory impairment.
