Job Title: National Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are collaborating with a leading Food Manufacturer to find a talented National Account Manager with experience in the Grocery sector. This permanent, hybrid position requires some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans in collaboration with the Category team to boost product distribution across key accounts.
- Fully manage your account portfolio, aiming to exceed Net Sales Value and Gross Margin KPIs.
- Analyse performance data with the Category team to identify opportunities for category expansion.
- Work with the Marketing team to create and implement shopper and trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
- Identify market opportunities for new product development and collaborate with commercial colleagues to introduce innovative concepts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a similar account management role or as a Junior NAM, with a proven growth mindset and achievements.
- Strong expertise in FMCG negotiations, structured selling, and managing buyer relationships, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Salary up to £70k plus benefits package.
Working Arrangements:
Hybrid working arrangement with required travel.
