Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key national accounts, developing strategic account plans, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key national accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development
- Experience working with F&B and Hygiene suppliers is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
