About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Resident Host to join our team at Deverellsmith. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents and visitors with a warm and friendly approach, establishing a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor and maintain the amenity spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections to ensure all fire, life, and safety systems are functioning correctly.
  • Process resident payments and track maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent communication and respond to resident queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
