Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Junior Product Support Coordinator to join our esteemed Pharmaceutical client for an initial contract period.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to ensuring that Application Specialists can effectively assist customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team by managing casework and handling logistical tasks.
  • Engage with team members to fulfill their administrative needs.
  • Coordinate deliveries through an online courier portal.
  • Assist specialists with administrative tasks, including case creation and allocation.
  • Data Entry: Create cases from incoming requests and input data into Salesforce from various sources.
  • Data Validation: Maintain the customer service inbox and ensure the integrity of the Salesforce database.
  • Triaging Cases: Handle basic complaints, ensuring they receive appropriate attention.

Documentation: Ensure quality documentation within our Salesforce system to provide a consistent customer experience while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the diagnostics or laboratory sector, or a similarly regulated environment, is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in any additional Nordic language is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms are required.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative functions, preferably with experience in Customer Relationship Management systems like Salesforce, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Work Environment: This position requires regular attendance at the client’s office, necessitating proximity to the location for consistent office hours.
