About the Role

  • Develop a deep understanding of Payment Network processes, with a focus on Clearing, Pricing, and Settlement (CP&S).
  • Lead the delivery of CP&S capabilities and initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate features into prioritized user stories, ensuring seamless execution and tight coordination with Product Owners and Senior Product Owners.
  • Support leadership in developing a platform strategy, sizing development efforts, and PI planning.

What You'll Need

  • Strong understanding of the payment industry and its complexities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in teams and influencing others without authority.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot when initiatives change direction.
  • Quick learner with a drive to learn new functionality and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Experience with agile and iterative software development methodologies a plus.
