About this Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Lead to join our team at Just Eat Takeaway. As a key member of our Content Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in evolving our content acquisition, publishing, and governance capabilities.

As a Content Operations Lead, you'll be accountable for leading a high-performing team, driving successful content acquisition from creation to publication, and ensuring a healthy supply chain. You'll also be responsible for contract procurement with suppliers, quality assurance, and publication of content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and creating an open, collaborative environment
  • Own the metrics and functions that govern successful content acquisition
  • Contract procurement with suppliers
  • Accountable for content acquisition processes and ensuring a healthy supply chain
  • Accountable for the quality assurance and publication of content
  • Accountable for the operational day-to-day relationship with numerous content suppliers
  • Line management of the Content Operations team, including setting OKRs, coaching, development, and budgets
  • Managing a complex network of senior stakeholders and building new relationships across the business to facilitate Content initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Experience running large product content projects across multiple verticals and workstreams with diverse and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build consensus with large and distributed stakeholder groups
  • Ability to implement quality standards for content and train colleagues
  • Line management experience, including coaching and development
  • Contributing in a team setting but also acting autonomously with independent decision-making
  • Experience of working with commercial business partners
  • Assimilation of complex information and using data analysis skills for decision-making

Desirable skills include experience with content tools such as digital asset management and knowledge of photography rights management.
