Senior Content Executive

Motability Operations is currently seeking a Senior Content Executive to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will work alongside the Creative Producer and Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute our ambitious brand and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Tone of Voice: Develop and apply the new Motability Operations tone of voice across all content and touchpoints, ensuring all creative outcomes follow the guidelines.
- Content Strategy: Take the lead on developing our content strategy, aligning it with business needs and goals. Refine our existing media and content types, and find new media and mechanics for serving content.
- PR Strategy: Engage with a PR agency to create and deliver a strategy that allows us to proactively get our voice into the media.
- Campaigns & Projects: Engage with stakeholders to gather information and formulate briefs, and then work with the Creatives to ideate concepts and create engaging campaign journeys, communications & content for our target audiences.
- Product Content: Deliver content that optimises the user's experience on our websites.
- Knowledge Base: Set up key insights working group with MI, Insight and Customer Experience teams, colleagues to generate content.
You are a strategic creative thinker, who delights in coming up with concepts and campaigns that captivate and convert. You are all about the big picture, but you really care about the fine details too and are happy to take a hands-on approach to delivering our multiple fast-moving projects with ease.
You're a storyteller who really enjoys the act of writing and creating content audiences love and you can turn concepts and data into compelling activations.
You're curious and collaborative and loves driving collaboration to produce best-in-class work.
Minimum Criteria- Proven track record of campaign creation
- Excellent content marketing skills
- Extensive experience in copywriting or journalism
- Ability to crystalise analysis into compelling thought leadership pieces
- Talent for translating brand values and identity into stories
- Social media experience in a business setting
- Experience of agency management (PR particularly desirable)
- Exceptional stakeholder (internal and external) management
- Strong researching and organisational skills
- Good time management and multitasking skills are essential
