Key Responsibilities
  • Tone of Voice - Develop and apply the new Motability Operations tone of voice across all content and touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines.
  • Content Strategy - Take the lead on developing our content strategy, aligning with business needs and goals, and refining existing media and content types.
  • Advertorial and Thought Leadership - Write and commission high-quality content for use by the company or PR teams.
  • PR Strategy - Engage with a PR agency to create and deliver a strategy that allows us to proactively get our voice into the media.
  • Campaigns and Projects - Work with stakeholders to gather information and formulate briefs, and then collaborate with creatives to ideate concepts and create engaging campaign journeys.
  • Product Content - Deliver content that optimizes the user experience on our websites.
  • Knowledge Base - Set up key insights working groups with MI, Insight, and Customer Experience teams to generate content.
About You

We are looking for a strategic creative thinker who can come up with concepts and campaigns that captivate and convert. You should be able to take a big-picture approach while paying attention to the fine details, and be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to delivering multiple fast-moving projects.

You should be a skilled storyteller who enjoys writing and creating content that audiences love, and be able to turn concepts and data into compelling activations.

We are looking for someone who is curious and collaborative, and who can drive collaboration to produce best-in-class work.

Minimum Criteria
  • Proven track record of campaign creation
  • Excellent content marketing skills
  • Extensive experience in copywriting or journalism
  • Ability to crystallize analysis into compelling thought leadership pieces
  • Talent for translating brand values and identity into stories
  • Social media experience in a business setting
  • Experience of agency management (PR particularly desirable)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Strong researching and organizational skills
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
