Job Title: Adult Care Services Manager

Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Coventry, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s), developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, and medication audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete quarterly audits and reports, and effectively manage the service's P&L.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registered Service Manager with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
