Adult Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Psychotherapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a specialist in psychotherapy, you will be responsible for delivering individual and group therapy sessions to individuals with complex emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a specialist psychotherapy service to individuals with complex emotional needs within the personality disorder and complex trauma pathway (PACT).
- Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions as appropriate.
- Conduct assessments of clients referred to the psychotherapy service to ascertain and document their history.
- Provide support in times of crisis, assessing risk in conjunction with the team and in liaison with colleagues.
- Develop and implement clinically effective interventions to clients referred to the personality disorder service.
- Provide a therapy service to clients across the CWPT, including sessions in clients' homes, GP surgeries, or mental health service premises.
