We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Psychotherapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychotherapy services to individuals with personality disorder and complex trauma, working closely with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide crisis support and risk assessments, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Develop and implement clinically effective interventions, working closely with clients and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our mental health services, sharing your expertise and knowledge to improve the quality of care we provide.
