Offshore Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role in the offshore industry? DOF Subsea UK is seeking an experienced Offshore Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the Project Execution Department and liaise with Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractor representatives.
- Manage all activities related to the Scope of Work, including mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Handle operations and emergency situations onboard, excluding Marine emergencies.
- Ensure project safety meetings are held regularly and safety reporting is carried out.
- Review Project HIRA's and RA's, and keep accurate records.
- Prepare formal procedures and explain operational tasks to team and ship's crew members.
- Evaluate the performance of crew and use the Appraisal and Competence Scheme as required.
- Degree level or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical or relevant discipline (desirable).
- Demonstrable experience in an Offshore Supervisory position within the Subsea or Offshore environment is essential.
- Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Technical Specifications and Standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Document Control Systems.
- Capable of discussing issues and topics of importance at Senior Management Level.
