Offshore Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at DOF. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the operational teams and resources assigned to the project.
- Perform assigned work-tasks in accordance with established procedures and routines defined in the Company's quality system and project procedure.
- Act as a Role Model for the teams, promote the DOF Subsea values and brand.
- Maintain close operational communication with the Offshore Manager and work with ROV Supervisor, Deck Foreman, and onboard Client Representatives, approved sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Formal technical and/or administrative education.
- Valid offshore safety/survival course.
- Valid offshore seafarer's medical certificate.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience from construction support offshore.
