About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Power Electrics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing management information and supporting Business System users throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and metrics using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Administer and develop existing software, improving procedures and processes wherever possible.
  • Provide ad-hoc management information requirements using SQL, Crystal, and Excel.
  • Suggest and test process alternatives and enhancements, managing changes to existing systems.
  • Liaise with Access Group and Kerridge/inspHire support to address company requirements, bug fixes, and develop the product and its use.
  • Test and upgrade software, communicating new functionality where relevant.
Requirements
  • A working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Conversant with SQL and able to administer databases.
  • An understanding of VBA and Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, data connections, charts, and pivots.
  • Crystal Reports or similar experience.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues, regardless of IT literacy.
  • Strong problem-solving, logical, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, self-organise, and cope with tight deadlines.
