About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our Consultancy service provision, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic estate planning models and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models in SQL Server and PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish clear project objectives and deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Produce project initiation documentation, project proposals, and appointment terms, and agree on technical and quality strategies for data gathering.
  • Help clients make informed decisions by analyzing and interpreting data, and providing clear and concise briefs on project requirements and findings.
  • Identify best practices for data modeling and ensure continual improvement, and clearly document key assumptions and processes for client and stakeholder understanding.
  • Direct and motivate project team members, manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel for data transformation, modeling, and analysis, and manipulate and restructure data using SQL.
  • Experience in SQL Server or equivalent database platforms, and proficiency in Power BI DAX Code and Power BI for complex issue demonstration.
  • Maintain self-discipline and focus on tasks with minimal supervision, and ability to scrutinize own work before presenting to senior management or clients.
  • Interpret data and put findings into context, and contribute to training activities both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
