We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at In Technology Group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients make informed business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex data models in SQL Server and PowerBI.
- Translate raw inputs into meaningful management information.
- Provide clear and succinct briefs to clients and other stakeholders on project requirements and findings.
- Identify best practice approaches for data modelling to ensure continual improvement.
- Clearly document key assumptions and processes to enable client and other stakeholders to replicate and understand your data models.
- Manage project risks and issues including the development of contingency/mitigation plans.
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel for data transformation, modelling and data analysis.
- Able to manipulate and restructure data using SQL.
- Experience in SQL Server or equivalent database platforms.
- Proficient in Power BI DAX Code and using Power BI to demonstrate complex issues to layman users.
- Maintains a strong attention to detail and is able to analyze information critically.
- Maintain self-discipline and focus on the task at hand with minimal supervision.
- Able to scrutinize your own work before presenting it to senior management or clients.
- Able to learn and adapt quickly under strict time constraints.
- Able to interpret data and put findings into context.
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs.
- Continually update and extend technical and professional expertise.
- Contribute to training activities both internally and externally where appropriate.
- Business development, marketing and sales - promoting the firm positively to staff, clients and potential clients.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
