Position: EPOS Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities of the EPOS Training Specialist:

  • Training Implementation: Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for clients on all EPOS offerings, as well as instruct internal staff through online and in-office sessions.
  • Webinar Coordination: Plan and execute regular webinars covering various topics related to EPOS systems.
  • On-Site Assistance: Deliver on-site support to both new and existing clients, resolving any issues related to EPOS systems and products.
  • Client Integration: Collaborate with project teams to manage all facets of client integration and assist the onboarding team with EPOS system configurations.
  • Configuration Assessment: Evaluate site and product configurations, provide feedback to clients, and lead workshops to adjust EPOS system settings.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and rectify EPOS system and product configuration challenges at client locations.
  • Managed Services Oversight: Manage stock builds and address client inquiries related to EPOS managed services.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide guidance on EPOS system and product configurations to team members and engage in account or project discussions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Assist project managers and clients during the UAT phase of EPOS system initiatives.

Work Schedule:
