Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and leading a team of front-of-house staff to achieve sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profit performance, including upselling and promoting menu items.
  • Train and develop front-of-house staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a front-of-house supervisor or duty manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
