The Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Associate Case Manager to join our network of specialist clinicians, supporting vulnerable children, young people, and adults following life-changing injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients through their rehabilitation, leading on assessment and goal setting.
  • Signpost and advocate for clients' needs, assessing what is required for them to live a fulfilled life.
  • Manage administration, including sending instructions to third parties and writing and reviewing reports.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • A valid clinical registration with an appropriate clinical body.
  • Previous experience in establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Scotland, and Wales.
