Everpool Recruitment is a leading provider of case management and expert witness services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Case Manager Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Case Manager Lead to lead our case management team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in case management, specifically with catastrophically injured clients, and will be responsible for overseeing complex care packages and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to the case management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
  2. Clinical Expertise: Act as the clinical specialist in your area of knowledge, ensuring best practices are adhered to and develop staff members on conditions and package of care recommendations.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinical services and performance meet the highest standards across the company.
  4. Case Allocation: Allocate cases and liaise with legal referrers and parties involved in the client cases.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the management team and the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to meet and maintain Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
  6. Professional Development: Maintain current registration with your regulatory body, keep certifications up to date, and complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities.

Requirements:

  1. Full driving licence with access to your own car.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, specifically with catastrophically injured clients (including traumatic brain injury, birth-related injury, amputations, complex polytrauma, orthopaedic injury).
  3. Experience in overseeing complex care packages and rehabilitation.
  4. Proven leadership and management experience within a case management company.
  5. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  6. Clinical Expertise: Act as the clinical specialist in your area of knowledge, ensuring best practices are adhered to and develop staff members on conditions and package of care recommendations.
  7. Supervision: Effectively manage and supervise the daily workload of Clinical Case Managers.
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinical services and performance meet the highest standards across the company.
  9. Case Allocation: Allocate cases and liaise with legal referrers and parties involved in the client cases.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the management team and the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to meet and maintain Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
  11. Maintain current registration with your regulatory body, keep certifications up to date, and complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities.
  12. Be receptive to feedback and committed to your own personal and professional development.
