Job Title: Care Assistants

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants, providing personalized care and support to our service users in the Ashton under-Lyne area.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our service users with their evening and bedtime routines, offering companionship, and addressing their care needs. You will work as part of a compassionate team, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with medication administration and moving and handling
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our service users
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK driving license (required for day shifts)
