About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, social support, and domestic support to our service users, while adhering to their individual care and support plans. You will work independently in the home of the service user, providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Supporting with mobility and transfers
  • Providing social support and companionship
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
