We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our Click & Collect team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience when collecting or selling their vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the handover and purchase of vehicles for our Click & Collect service, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers.
  • Prepare handovers for the day ahead, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Arrange all documentation prior to handover, ensuring the process goes smoothly for customers.
  • Encourage customers to share their experiences with our brand, promoting positive word-of-mouth and online reviews.
  • Help customers familiarize themselves with their new vehicle, providing relevant information and support.
  • Assist customers in selling their vehicle through our Sell Your Car service, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicles and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
