- Encourage customers to share their experiences with our brand, promoting positive word-of-mouth and online reviews.
- Help customers familiarize themselves with their new vehicle, providing relevant information and support.
- Assist customers in selling their vehicle through our Sell Your Car service, providing expert guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicles and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
