About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco store team as a Colleague. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
- Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
- Be knowledgeable about store products and services, making recommendations to customers
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere
- Be knowledgeable about store performance, understanding your role and contributing to driving service and sales
