Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Corporate Analyst to provide exceptional service in the evaluation and calculation of all Unit Trust box decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to internal policies. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting thorough analysis and generating precise box decisions on UTM fund holdings while assessing cash positions to guarantee compliance with regulatory and internal management standards.
  • Overseeing daily reconciliations of Unit Trust boxes and ensuring that accurate cash decisions are communicated to the Finance Operations team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely uploads of daily Unit Trust prices in accordance with service level agreements, demonstrating flexibility to complete uploads outside of standard working hours when necessary.
  • Assisting in the accurate calculation of pricing bases to prevent dilution in Unit Trust Single Priced funds.
  • Contributing to the production of Management Information and providing analytical support to various internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitating operational liquidity by identifying settlement discrepancies and coordinating necessary adjustments with trustees.
  • Supporting colleagues and management in delivering outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing the implications of pricing errors on clients and funds, and implementing compensation where appropriate.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • The capability to manage UTM boxes and their associated market exposure.
  • Familiarity with systems utilized in daily operations, including Fund Services Platform, Rufus, EWS, Business Objects, and the MS Office suite.
  • Current knowledge of relevant regulations such as CASS, GDPR, COLL, and MiFiD.
  • Experience within the financial services sector.
