Senior Associate - Business Services - Corporate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our Business Services team in Cardiff. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting on corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions
  • Drafting standard corporate documents, such as articles of association, shareholders agreements, and SPAs
  • Providing advice on corporate governance and compliance matters
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Collaborating with other teams, including tax, employment, and property, to provide comprehensive advice to clients
