We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrator to join our Wealth Management business as a key member of the Financial Planning support team.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a growing team of Financial Planners and Para planners, participating in all aspects of client service administration.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional client service and support
  • Assisting with client onboarding and data management
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives
