About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administration Manager to join our team at Fyfe Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records using our back-office database
  • Submit new and existing business applications to investment platforms
  • Produce relevant documents such as application forms and key features documents
  • Liaise with clients to ensure smooth submission processes
  • Work closely with our team to deliver effective services to our clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial services administration
  • Knowledge of financial services back-office systems and investment platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of between £32,000 and £36,000 dependent on experience
  • A hybrid office-based/from-home working arrangement
  • 25 days annual leave, plus all bank holidays
  • Group life (death in service) scheme
  • A non-contributory pension with generous 8% employer pension contributions
