Our client, a leading financial planning organisation, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administration Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the back office functions, including producing and prepopulating application forms, obtaining illustrations and key features documents, and submitting new business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing and prepopulating application forms
  • Obtaining illustrations and key features documents
  • Submitting new business applications
  • Dealing with income and withdrawal requests
  • Rebalancing investment portfolios
  • Submitting requests for fund switches
  • Updating our new business register
  • Documenting business submissions using our tasks and workflows
  • Evidencing submissions have been transacted correctly on our electronic filing system
  • Liaising with clients when submissions are complete.
Requirements:
  • Experience / Knowledge of financial services back-office systems (such as Plannr, Adviser Office, Intelligent Office, or Xplan)
  • Investment platforms such as Fidelity, Nucleus, and Wealthtime
  • Pension and investment companies such as Aviva, Standard Life, and InvestAcc
  • Financial services administration procedures
  • Submitting business via investment platforms
  • MS Office
Working Hours and Benefits:

9am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5pm Friday. 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), generous company pension 8%, hybrid working available (3 days in office and 2 from home), company laptop and life insurance.
