Senior Administrator Opportunity

North Oak Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our client's award-winning Wealth Management organisation in Nottingham. This exciting new role will assist the CEO in improving case turnaround times and workflow efficiency to provide an enhanced client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and analyse data for presentation meeting packs, ensuring all relevant information is received.
  • Book Drawdown Reviews and ensure State Pension Forecasts are received prior to meetings.
  • Input data into cashflow modelling systems to support the CEO with case construction.
  • Provide administrative support, including tasks related to the PA role, when required.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a financial services administrator role.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
