About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and competent Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our Wealth Planners, ensuring they maintain and develop their portfolios of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations.
  • Process new business applications, tracking to completion.
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including annual planning meeting packs.
  • Respond to client enquiries and liaise directly with clients.
  • Send prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Requirements
  • Good background in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • Experience of XPLAN is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
