We are seeking a highly organized and competent Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our Wealth Planners, ensuring they maintain and develop their portfolios of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations.
- Process new business applications, tracking to completion.
- Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including annual planning meeting packs.
- Respond to client enquiries and liaise directly with clients.
- Send prepared investment information and reports to clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Good background in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.
- Experience of XPLAN is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
