As a leading financial advisory firm, Succession Wealth is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. We're seeking an organised and competent Financial Services Administrator to join our team.

The Role

You will work closely with our Wealth Planners to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations.
  • Processing new business applications and tracking them to completion.
  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings.
  • Responding to client enquiries and liaising directly with them.
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good background in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • Experience of XPLAN is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
