Eco Careers LTD. is a dynamic and fast-growing International Energy Consultancy seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Renewable Energy Services division.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Director/VP of Sustainable Energy Services to drive revenue growth, manage projects, and lead a small regional team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business origination, project delivery, and team leadership in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Regional Sales and Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, manage profitability, and gross margin growth.
  2. Lead Business Development: Direct the development of regional-level sales goals, business development action plans, and close new consulting engagements.
  3. Manage Consulting Engagements: Oversee consulting projects in the renewable energy sector, ensuring high-quality work products and effective resource utilization.
  4. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Market Thought Leadership: Contribute to renewable energy market research, development of intellectual property, and company strategy formulation.
  6. Regional Management: Ensure timely and accurate management reporting data for sales, contracts, and project costs.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, renewable energy technology, or related discipline.
  2. Experience: Extensive experience in the Renewable / Wind / Offshore Wind energy business, with a track record of successful business origination and project delivery.
  3. Skills: Excellent business development and client service experience, proficiency with standard industry software tools.
