Subscriptions and Revenue Growth Manager

This exciting role focuses on growing Subscription sales and managing the day-to-day running of the Subscriptions business, prioritizing customer needs, solution selling, and managing multiple high-value subscription partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales, margin, and target achievement, focusing on end-to-end commercial margin and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop a growth strategy with the Head of Category and Senior Manager to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with small, medium, and large Subscriptions partners.
  • Manage service levels and revenue share with Subscription providers.
  • Identify optimized propositions that best fit our customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with the New Business squad, GTM, and Operations teams to optimize performance.
  • Work across all categories to facilitate the addition of new Subscriptions to customer propositions.

You will need:

  • Core trading and proposition experience.
  • Experience in subscriptions is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all office systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
