Subscriptions and Revenue Growth Manager

At Dixons Carphone, we're committed to helping our customers enjoy amazing technology. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in growing our subscription sales and managing the day-to-day operations of our subscription business.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales, margin, and target achievement (TA) targets, focusing on end-to-end commercial margin and lifetime value of the customer.
- Develop a strategy and plan with the Head of Category and Senior Manager to drive significant growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with small, medium, and large subscription partners.
- Manage service levels and revenue share with subscription providers.
- Identify optimized propositions that best fit our customers' needs.
- Collaborate with the New Business squad, GTM, and Operations teams to optimize performance.
- Work across all categories to facilitate the addition of new subscriptions to our customer proposition.
- Core trading and proposition experience.
- Experience in subscriptions is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and effective communication.
- Proficiency in all office systems.
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
