Global Benefits and Wellness Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Benefits and Wellness Associate to join our team at Axiom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the daily administration of our global health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring seamless support for our employees across various regions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer benefits plans for global teams, supporting annual open enrolments and managing inbound benefits queries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving employee-related benefits questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate benefits collateral within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday.
- Support monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll tracker.
- Reconcile and process benefit invoices for payment.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations, including ACA reporting and NDTs.
- Provide guidance on Leaves of Absence and application processes.
Cross-Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to ensure accuracy of benefits processes.
- Participate in new employee orientation as needed.
- Support global Wellness initiatives, including event coordination and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.
External Vendor Relationships:
- Develop effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and manage plan activities.
- Audit and reconcile benefits census against vendor census quarterly.
About You:
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or related field.
- Highly organized, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced KPI environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and task-focused with excellent systems skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in Workday.
- Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in processing payroll.
