Job Summary:

The Advocate Group is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the On Trade market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the On Trade market, leveraging your industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely and efficient service when placing orders.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize your existing knowledge and relationships within the industry to educate customers on our company brand and portfolio.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Attend regular meetings with new and existing customers to discuss sales performance, product offerings, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the On Trade market, with a strong understanding of the wine and spirits industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
