Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Manager to join our team at IQ Talent Solutions. As a Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our client, a leader in their sector, in their £8.8M transformation project.
About the Role:
The Transformation Manager will be responsible for partnering with third-party consultants and key account managers/MDs to provide and collate business/exit requirements to ensure the transition is a success for both parties. This will involve defining the HR BPO Transition governance structure and transition plans in alignment with contractual requirements and transformation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal SMEs and provide expert direction based on experience and best practice to manage the strategic people services transition plan and realize the benefits of the new contract.
- Partner with key contacts both internally and externally to ensure our client's plans are aligned from a consultation/ER/comms perspective and support the evolution of their operating model.
- Manage relationships both internally and externally, acting as the key subject matter expert in people services transformations/transitions.
Requirements:
- Backoffice transformation expert with 10+ years' experience in consultancy/BPO deals.
- Consultancy background desired.
What We Offer:
- Predominantly remote working.
- 6-month contract.
- Part-time – 2 days per week.
- Opportunity to add a leading brand to your portfolio.
- Up to £1345 per day inside of IR35.
