Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Culture and People initiatives. This role is pivotal in nurturing a positive workplace where teamwork and respect are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement a shared vision for organizational growth.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a culture of trust, integrity, and excellence.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and operational HR practices.
  • Support and enable teams to achieve their full potential through effective HR strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CIPD qualification, with a preference for additional postgraduate credentials.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR operations.
  • A proven track record in leading transformational change within an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.
