Head of Retail North

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Operations Manager to lead our Northern retail operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our Northern retail sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of our Northern retail sites.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer service, and increase operational efficiency across all Northern retail sites.
- Oversee the execution of new store openings and refits, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices across the Northern retail team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, conducting regular site visits and providing feedback to store managers.
- Proven experience in retail operations management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth, improving customer service, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies to address business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel frequently between sites.
