Teaching Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at our all-through school. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing team and contribute to outstanding learning for our children. The role will involve providing learning support in class and supervising lunchtimes.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

• Have excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Have high expectations for all children and a strong belief that all children can flourish.
• Demonstrate an ability to nurture and support all pupils, including those with complex learning, emotional, or other needs.
• Are committed to ensuring all pupils make excellent progress and model our school values and ethos in all that they do.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate well and work successfully with colleagues, parents, and pupils.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 8.30-3.30.
