Graduate Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support to join our team at Academics Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the learning progression of Oxfordshire pupils, identifying areas of weakness and implementing methods to overcome challenges.
You will work closely with the KS1/KS2 class teacher to provide 1:1 teaching, particularly for students with SEN needs such as ADHD, ASD, ADD, Autism, and challenging behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor the learning progression of pupils
- Identify areas of weakness and implement methods to overcome challenges
- Work closely with the KS1/KS2 class teacher to provide 1:1 teaching
- Support students with SEN needs
- Bachelor's degree (2:2 or above)
- Experience working with KS1/KS2 children or in an educational setting
- Experience working with SEN students (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in working with EAL
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A competitive salary of £83-£90 per day (dependent on experience)
A full-time role (Monday-Friday) with a September 2024 start
The opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment
