Finance Graduate Role Overview

As a Finance Graduate at Williams Racing, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing the financial operations that drive the team's performance. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budget planning, all of which are essential to driving our success both on and off the track.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
  • Analysing financial statements, interpreting key ratios, and using these insights to guide decision-making
  • Learning and applying risk management strategies, including those for credit, market, and operational risks
  • Utilising Excel for detailed financial analysis, data manipulation, and reporting
  • Acquiring knowledge in capital structure, cost of capital, and capital budgeting to support financial decision-making
Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools, and experience with advanced Excel functions
  • Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting
